While you're in Spring Green...

Our wedding venue, Hilltop, was built by an apprentice of Frank Lloyd Wright - whose influence can clearly be seen at Hilltop, and in much of the architecture around Spring Green.

If you have time before the wedding, or on Sunday before you head home, we encourage you to visit Frank Lloyd Wright's estate at Taliesin - which is just around the corner from Hilltop!

Tours range between 1.5 to 4 hours, depending on which tour you sign up for.

Where to Stay

Spring Green and Hilltop are about an hour west of Madison, so you may wish to spend the night nearby.

UPDATE, Aug 11: The Round Barn Lodge is sold out for Saturday night.

Many rooms are still available at the Spring Green Motel.

Other lodging options include the Spring Valley Inn, the House on the Rock Resort, and the Usonian Inn - although most rooms at those venues have a two-night minimum stay, so may not be suitable if you're only planning to stay Saturday night.

All are about 10 minutes from Hilltop by car.

Additionally, the wedding venue itself used to be a girls' summer camp - so if you are willing to sleep in a tent, you are welcome to camp overnight! If you are interested, let us know, and we can help make arrangements.

Note: They will do a 10% off rate if you have a AAA/AARP CARD, and have it with you at check-in.
